The confidentiality Motion is just yet another Motion before the court to RULE on.
Remember a Motion is asking the court to ACT and DO something.
However the court Rules on HC's Motion to dismiss / disposition the court will also have to address whether or not to HIDE the evidence that is NOW a matter of PUBLIC record.
