Was filed by Health Canada. HC is asking the court to Dismiss the case as:
There is no evidence to support the case. HC is asking to dismiss the case with or without prejudice,
Meaning with prejudice Bill can not come back and re-file a claim.
Without prejudice means Bill and come back to court and sue.
MOTION for DISPOSITION is everything:
Get over this Motion and survive the dismissal,
than we are in the MONEY. Expect a prompt settlement.
If the court Grants Dismissal than expect an Appeal to the Higher court. Expect me to file a ch.11 Nafta Claim.
