Pursuant to the JV Agreement, Minotauro shall be obligated to perform the following services:
Lobbying the government agencies in Uruguay on behalf of the FutureWorld’s products and services.
Introduce FutureWorld’s products / systems in Uruguay.
Market FutureWorld’s branded products.
Support and organize the set-up and the production of the branded products in Uruguay.
Handle governmental compliance, regulatory issues and communication. In connection therewith, Minotauro shall receive as compensation for its services the following:
Develop internal and external plans for government agencies for the products and services offered with the help of the FutureWorld.
