Well, I would think that was the time to send them to IR when there are questions and concerns (uncomfortable) OR dont mention the ticker at all.
I am less then comfortable on my cell phone bill that came with extra charges, do I pay it, DD and call them to see where these extra charges come or cancel the service? of course I will do the uncomfortable DD and call them so that I can either remain uncomfortable or become comfortable with paying the bill.
Each have own decisions to make in life and that includes business and investments.
