I posted the case in question here. It will get deleted on the other site so I did not bother to post it there. The reason the vultures are still posting on the other site is pretty clear, it is that they are not yet in the clear because the company has not yet been revoked or gone bk.
The sec just published prosecution of a case whereby during an investigation into trading records , the " blue sheets" which TD said are golden in terms of painting a clear picture of the trading records can be manipulated and fraudulently used to steal money., I have little doubt the practice exposed in that investigation is very commonly employed by the Wall Street fraudsters.

It just goes to prove that just about everything TD has said is a lie.
And even though former management may have been at best incompetent and at worst, theives, it also shows the underbelly of the bigger theives that steal money from investors by concealing trading records and manipulating them.
Too late for me but I'm still watching here on occasion to see if the new management team can raise this back up.
If I can see that they can I may jump back on , saving pennies by the day.
