Heath Canada's request for a confidentiality order has me worried because a Public entity like HC MUST be a open book and No Court should hide the actions of a public entity.
If the Judge issues an ORDER hiding the evidence within HC';s possession than It is time to strike with a NAFTA ch.11 Claim and run a Class action Law suit to obtain these documents and seek any and all relief. GIDDY UP alone is going to carry us through.
