Since I am the person responsible for cross referencing and confirming the information relating to the series C shares issued but not mailed last year by the former PVEC, there has been a slight delay in completing this. My apologies, but due to unexpected meetings and conferences with attorney's and law enforcement regarding the personal attacks and criminal action against me stemming from the sealed court information recently disseminated, I have gotten behind in this. I will make every effort to see this completed and the remaining shares mailed ASAP.
