Sadie: We agree and I am sure that is part of management's plan. The good news is they have several options. Do they spin of UltraFlix as an IPO after it has become pfrofitable retaining a portion as they did with NTGL and end up as a conglomerate and incubator? We have little information on those other divisions but all hold promise giving the company lots of options. If they do spin off UltraFlix they could avoid the necessity of a reverse split and that would be awesome. I honestly believe management is savvy and is following a plan which will generate wealth for investors like us and could prove to be very very expensive to the financial terrorists that have tried to bankrupt the company.
