Re: StockSpock #20801
"PTOI is compliant and current with their SEC filings. Do you think you are entitled to more info from the company than what they file with the SEC? You sound like someone who doesn't understand the limitations that are obligatory under those rules. The lawyers for PTOI and their clients will dictate what material information is released and when it is appropriate to do so, according to SEC regulations."
You tell 'em, StockSpock!! Imagine, the audacity of the shareholders who are the owners of PTOI in thinking they can get away with asking the management, who works for them, questions about the company!
Investors who don't understand how things are properly run at PTOI and how shareholder questions should be properly handled, should take look at the clip from 'Oliver Twist' when that dastardly, ungrateful kid asks, "Please, sir, I want some more."
By the way, StockSpock, you don't seem to understand that not all information is material information. Certainly questions like, "What is the value proposition offered by PTOI?" are very basic questions which should already have been answered and for which the company shouldn't be afraid to tell anyone the answer if they ask. I don't know if you should try to slap posters around for wanting to ask PTOI's management any questions. If you're a shareholder, you should probably instead encourage questions.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
