You're right I misread the post... It did however say:
THCZ announced that the quarterly financials will be posted this week. The Company continues to work with their auditors, Paritz and Company, for a fiscal year ending June 30. The two year audit is needed to move to the OTCQB.
So by Friday for sure it seems.
