ESSEX counties decision is standard operating procedure.
Lakeshore has a right to DRAW lines in the sand and ESSEX county saw no reason ( legal or otherwise) to interfere with Lakeshores decision. Although Lakeshore is a subject to Essex county zoning authority, NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY or LEG of GOV. is going to step on another government agencies TOES if they are under JUDICIAL REVIEW. Another words, no politician wants POLITICAL HEAT.
