A copy of the County's approval of Lakeshore OPA #6 is attached, as requested.
The County's decision was appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board. The County will forward the required record to the OMB within 15 days in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act. The OMB controls the process once it receives the record. Neither the County nor the Town of Lakeshore have any control or input to the process from this point on.
