The concern for the increase in shares is understandable. But, unless they can get another non-toxic form of funding from an "angel" investor of some type, I cant think of another way.

Personally, I'm not that upset about the A/S at this point. The company is tremendously undervalued and it looks like NTEK is putting together a major push to grow the business and they need funding to do it. I'm hoping their plan works.
