THCZ is NOT REQUIRED to file a 4th quarter report, it can be grouped in the the annual report that is due in late September. The company is going to file a 4th quarter report but they are not under any time constraints other than the September 30th Annual report deadline.

With all that said I believe we will see the 4th quarter report (optional) this month.
