Re: Coat Tail Rider #10
So two months after the 40-1 reverse split they then increase the A/S back to 100 million (plus 10 million preferred). Isn't that the tell-tell sign of a swirling toilet bowl pump and dump? And this Endeavor company is sure getting a lot of cheap shares. Endeavor also owned and run by Micah and crew from the same address as EXPL, it's stock transfer company and even the company that did the printing for the SEC filings. All one big company basically. All filtering money to one person, Micah Eldred.
Although their website is very convincing and I was hopeful about this company there are just too many things that are not working for me.
At a current price of .65 a share and 100 million authorized shares, doesn't that put the market cap of this company at $65,000,000? But their financials say they are worth $346,416 and "have not generated any revenues." Based on that intrinsic value the share price should be more around .0034 a share instead of .65. Optimism about the company or upcoming wrecks could drive the price over .0034 to maybe a few cents but nothing near .65 a share.
I guess that is an advantage of being the market maker and transfer agent of your own company.
Way, way overvalued.
