Last I checked, Obama is officially anti-Marijuana, but he has also said that he will not stand in the way of States who want to legalize it.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if he reigned in the criminalization somewhat. Pretty sure the mandatory sentence is longer for drug-possession than it is for murder, in some cases.That's insane, whether you agree with marijuana legalization or not.

I just hope a very broad hemp farming bill gets passed while he's still in office. One that isn't just for experimental growing, but fully open, legal commercial and personal use.
