I talked to Mr. Fuselier and next week is a go for the 10k and ATL finalization on the acquisition which commenced on July 1st. There still is conversions going on but not a lot being that the pps is low for most to be done. He's unclear on the 90mil traded since the beginning of July. The new web site might be on line in 2-3 weeks which said it really is impressive and is very important to the future of the business. He's continuing to focus on new future acquisitions know that we are current. He's also working as we know on good financing not toxic financing. All unanswered questions will be known at the delivery of the 10k. I know the 10k will a nice cost savings listed. PR's will be coming along with the 10k release. Some will be happy with this report and some not O well. I believe the 10k will reflect a lot of great things so hold on to your nickers.
