I knew of VGTL (aka 360 Entertainment) when Greg Wells was acting as CEO. I just read the information about the new management. Passmore has been around for quite some time - they did a good bit in 3D back in the day and have started some 4K projects, although they didn't have a ton in the pipeline last I checked in with them.

Are they folding Passmore Labs into VGTL? On the distro front, the deals for their programs were actually done with Direct and NTEK by a third party. I'll need to go find my last email exchanges with Greg Wells to see what they had in the works.
