Some a-hole on the I-Crap board already has distorted this part of the update:
"...We have updated our CDN network and error detection technology, allowing for faster starts and smooth playback on slower network connections.
Ultra HD Blu-Ray quality streams available for customers with 100mbit/s. The updated encoding engine now can provide the same quality delivery over streaming as the upcoming Ultra HD Blu-Rays..."
His 'interpretation' (distortion) reads something like this:
" Nice of NTEK to finally admit that they really need 100mbps to stream their content."
To be honest, I don't quite understand what NTEK is trying to say with reference to the Ultra HD Blu-Rays streaming requirements for use over the UF system.
I wish NTEK would have explained that in more detail. (or I was less dense!).
