Needless to say, I am happy that they are moving forward with this and are keeping the word of a departed CEO of a discarded company. That shows serious integrity.
However, I still say that I am a bit surprised. As a PVEC share holder, I am pleased. As a DSUS share holder, I am befuddled. Keep in mind that we will be either pulling cash from the till that could have gone to R&D/dividends/M&As or we are diluting the OS by 40%. yeah, not quite doubling, but, definitely impacting the OS in a big way. And for what? What does DSUS shareholders get out of it?
Thus, befuddled.
