Gift Share Update from Kerry:
Yes, the 24 month period is still in effect. We have no plans to attempt to modify that. Soon we will be sending out voting cards to the shareholders of record to vote for either a redemption or 1 for 1 swap. I am working with counsel to ensure all legalities are met. Should anything present itself preventing us from moving forward as planned, shareholders will be notified immediately. Otherwise, we are working hard to ensure the gift promise is kept.
