To uplist to the OTCQB THCZ will have to go back two years on the audit.
Jerry Grisaffi also announced, "The quarterly financials will be posted this month and we are happy to say we have exceeded our sales projections for the quarter. The Company is also working with Paritz and Company, our auditors for a fiscal year ending June 30th. This will be a two-year audit which is needed for the move to the OTCQB."
