I have to disagree. First of all, they every little penny they have to go toward content and marketing. I am not saying they shouldn't buy a little here or there. Secondly no instituanal buyers will touch the OTC company less than $5. You have to move to higher tier which MM have less control. Every body knows. RS is not the bad thing if you are do it from strength.
