RS is going to happen. But not today, next week, or end of this year. I think it will happen sometimes next yr when PPS would be hovering .50 or higher. By that time this will give good opportunity to do RSVP based on strength not weakness as seen on many pinky stocks. Bu doing so this will move to Nasdaq market. Ladies & gentlemen that is where the big money will roll in. The mutual funds can invest in NTEK. That is where huge upside to share prices will be made under stable condition. As right now MM rolls and they can play with NTEK as they wish and nobody can do anything about it.
