The audited financials are important because of an undeserved incident (which in light of the lawsuit filed by THCZ, is now starting to look like a genuine conspiracy, by the way) on the OTC a few months back, which cut the stock's value IN HALF!
Lots of investors likely ran and never looked back, and probably won't until the audit is complete.
