August SH Meeting- I was not a SH when the last SH meeting was held. Can anyone advise if there will be a vote by SH to approve or elect new corp board members? Is a vote scheduled to take place on Aug 22nd?
At this point, I would give Peter a resounding no vote and kick him to the curb. However he still has the opportunity to turn this ship around from the Titanic to something much more.
