Lev, feel free to shut me down if you know for sure what is happening. But I would guess he has already got the symbol given how close we are to the August deadline people are speaking of. Keep in mind this month they have to file last quarters activities. But i would venture to say he has the symbol already and he is waiting on his investors to give the word, and they might be waiting on some small drilling results, if they see what they want they will give him the word and he will drop the symbol. The JV will drive PPS skyhigh. I would venture to say this is why Bright has refused to leave this page. I would be he has some shares and he is waiting on the symbol and he might try to buy 50 mill. Bright can't leave this page so there has to be a reason he is lurking and hoping people sell so he can accumulate more shares...Look either way we will know something by September...
