Actyually it can e pumped and dumped that is what just happened the last couple weeks for about a penny gain! actually quite a few were pumping slyly and dumping at the reversal spot of .027 and now want to slyly bash to reload there shares at around .015! becareful shares might not be there when try to get them next time!!
