INTEGRATED FREIGHT CORP ("IFCR-L" - Provides Update

Integrated Freight Corporation, a niche motor freight carrier providing transportation and logistics services on key routes throughout the United States, updated its shareholders on its continuing near term goals.

"It's been a very productive month for Integrated Freight as we execute on our stated short term goals," stated David N. Fuselier, CEO of Integrated Freight. He continued, "We're excited about closing out our fiscal year and our first acquisition in some time."


The Company has filed an extension for the filing of its fiscal
year end 10-K and is determined to complete the filing pursuant to the
extension.

After the filing of the Company's 10-K, management will provide
broader guidance on management's strategy for the new fiscal year.

Management tomorrow will present to a small group of accredited
investors in New York City.

The Company's planned acquisition of American Transportation is
on schedule and is expected to close early next week with an effective date
of July 1, 2015.
