Why can't Heddle or Eco get this supposed pilot program started ?
Was Heddle duped by Eco into accepting a time frame they can't execute ?
Or is Heddle so incompetent he came up with the time frame himself ?
Going to kind of look like both when they not only miss the first time frame they set for themselves, but also are on course to miss the second.
