As a former "contact person" I can assure you that "contact persons" are usually not the directors, but a bit farther down in pecking order. As for the rest of what has been presented, I really doubt that reputable businessmen like Harry Drnec and Rhino Marketing would risk their reputations on some kind of shell, nor would they risk shipping product without payment.
