So CEN does not own Hemp Technologies Inc of New Zealand is what you are saying. You are correct. Under New Zealand corporate law, if a NZ company is ultimately held by another corporation that corporation would have to be listed. HT Inc of New Zealand has no Ultimate Holding Company meaning, it is a stand alone corporation. You are correct.
