This would 100% be a mistake in my opinion. Nothing happens to these people because no penny stock company can really afford to get lawyers involved. As soon as you do, you'll just hemorrhage money. Lawyers will suck this company bone dry long before these bashers do.

If it's simply a process of notifying the SEC, that's one thing. But Baltia better not hire a lawyer by any means.
