Mr. Brian Ettinger served as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Worldwide Strategic Partners, Inc. since 2002. Mr. Ettinger has been a Consultant to Global Resource Corp. since 2008. From June 2007 to August 2009, he also served as an Independent Consultant at Nuclear Solutions, Inc. Mr. Ettinger served a general practice law office since January 1994. He has been Chairman of ScripsAmerica, Inc. since May 17, 2011 and has been its Director since April 1, 2011. He served as Chairman of Global Resource Corp. from November 11, 2009 to July 16, 2010. He serves as a Director of WSP and Texas Pacific Corporation. He holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics from LaSalle College in 1974 and a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 1983.
