Heres an example of what kind of Penny Stock sharks are out there and and what happens when these crooks manipulate a companies PPS.

Although I'm not happy with NNLX's stock price, I do believe Brett is correct in keeping a tight fist on spending and not giving in to the crooks, as in the example above.
