Questions were answered mostly to my satisfaction .I asked Joel for proof of Ghana and emailed Him during CC as requested that he would send something to make me believe .If i receive indisputable proof and form 10 happens before August 31 I will become a buyer and believer again ( As I have sold half my shares ) .I am Still on the fence , if both of the said things don't happen buy end of August I'm gone . If I receive everything I need to believe in this stock I will be at least doubling my position back to where I was if not more .Lets hope for the best .Good luck to all
