Read this link. It will explain a lot of what your asking. From what I read and have experienced in my short foray in the OTC pinks, it's incredibly easy to manipulate the securities stock price until they start showing consistent, positive revenue streams. NTEK is on that path and will soon be at a point where all of the shorting, bashing and attempts to manipulate the stock price won't matter. JMHO, take it for what it's worth.
