I know somebody who talked to Cruz and he said he out allot of money himself. So it appears money is a concern. A new plan is definitely needed to make sure money is not poorly spent. They took a shot at a few things and lost a good supplier. Jones wasn't producing enough so there has been a temporary set back. Finding a good source is complicated especially if capital is not present. It would take someone who is willing to invest time and money to set it off again. Eventually subsidiary will be possible but still a long way as laws permit. Cruz is all aware of this so it's up to him to come with a new plan. I'm sure he wants to see better numbers himself!
