Spooner is a Doomer !
Needless to say, this lawsuit should make headlines in the investor world.
If successful, it will lay the president that unfounded bashing will be accountable and acrew hefty fines and possible jail time. This needed to be done because there were no penalties for the shorts and dayslime to manipulate stock prices in their favour.
Tomorrow will be very interesting indeed and I will be locked on Squawkbox and Bloomberg to see if it makes headlines.
