The new filings are nothing of any substance. They all relate to the same issue. That issue is Health Canada's attorneys seeking to redact certain information for confidentiality purposes. As an example, attorneys often file motions to redact private information from public record like dates of birth or social security numbers. I don't know what exactly Health Canada's lawyers are seeking to redact but it has no impact upon the merits of the Judicial Review. It's just a procedural sideshow. Also, i have seen bashers trying to suggest that the Judicial Review is "just an application" and "has to be accepted by a Judge." That is all B.S. The Judicial Review is very real and will result in a hearing.
