I think you are confused.
This supposed 'legal' is against 'bashtards' on social media who are somehow defaming, or committing libel, against the company , which of course is not just documentation of trading data but commentary that is published.
So why wait for more than 5 years to actually do anything ?
Is more 'documentation' actually required ?
The company has been basically dead for years, it would seem odd to let the 'bashtards' continue with years of 'documentation' at the immediate disposal.
