ICOA IS CURRENT AGAIN !
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ICOA/filings
( See the filings done in June of 2015. ...... The yield sign should be gone soon . )
I have seen Companies - - - rather I should say that I have OWNED COMPANY STOCKS where Companies have gotten current, and then proffered their "clean shell" for external use.
And the first thing that the new shell inhabitant does is work a Reverse Merger with the previous shell owner.

NOT SAYING THAT IF THAT WERE TO HAPPEN IT WOULD BE GOOD OR BAD .
Just sayin' . ........ I have A LOT OF ICOA SHARES and might come out of an R/M operation in reasonably good shape. ........ MIGHT . ........ ( Having a huge number of shares helps you "survive" the "reverse split" part of the "REVERSE MERGER" . )
Should ICOA be listed on a Reverse Merger Board ? ........ One of us would just have to Post a blurb about HOW SQUEAKY CLEAN & CURRENT ICOA IS on a Reverse Merger Board one of these days .
