To add...the company has publicly stated they want to uplist to a higher exchange " not" to go private.I dont think they are stupid enough to risk a lawsuit if they did based on those statements alone.It seems some still want to question management even after they have stated intentions. ..they won't relinquish their stock position but feel it imperative to create doubt...A deal will be scrutinized no matter how good it is...it's how they work.
