IFCR.veloyt. i mentioned in a past post that 10k would be late. as per auditor. couldn't get things done in that time frame. also in past pr's they mentioned that banks won't work with them till stop sign was gone and they were current. took a couple weeks longer than planned. acquisition cant be made without banks. no secrets just the way it is. conversions are finished. simply put this is just selling from impatient investors. it matters not to me whether people accept what I say but i am telling what i know. investors can wait it out or they can sell and come back later. we have to remember things that are being done are to make company viable. impatient shareholders are not their problem at the moment. hope you hang on but the choice is yours alone.
