Because what is said by a few bafoons and believed by many that Treaty is a dead stock with no pulse or heart beat is 100 % inaccurate.
And those that did not panic sell at a great loss, to boot, by hearing these rumors are taking every opportunity to buy as many shares as possible now.
They just aren't available.
