got from NTEK management they would not have
ever raise the A/S again because what they have
going now will get us to 1M UF subs by end of yr
and at that point the cash flow profitability of UF
can be used to reinvest for any more expansion
plans needed.
So what Big got from NTEK mngmnt is a re-confirmation
of that.
