Per Dan Wong. Distribution of shares will not occur until the following:
1. Audit of NTGL is complete --as of last week it was not complete
2. Completion of S1 form --audit is part of S1
3. Submit to FINRA/SEC. --has not happened yet.
IT IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF ANYONE RIGHT NOW OTHER THAN NTGL.
His exact words were, " i wouldn't expect the shares to be distributed for a few months"
