Correction Turbowyo. We have been handed a AAA rated rare steak that has not yet been put onto the Golden Platter due to them soaking up the marinate juices which is allowing for the grill to be more than ready for it to be placed on top of it. Once it is the sizzling will start rolling in with a huge increase of PPS...lol
