Yes....There are not enough shares out there.....:>

Hedge funds can typically buy in @ $2.00 or more, they really don't like to go lower than that level, most often their By-Laws are restrictive
Mutual funds typically can buy in ~$5.00 or more...again Buy-Laws
Me....I am looking for a "Retest of Previous All Time High $3.75/sh"
