They're solely dependent on the EPA MACT rules, and if the Supreme Court voted against those rules their whole business plan could fall into pieces!
MEEC was also looking for a financing, and this may deter potential investors. If that isn't risky enough debt holders have convertible stock ready to sell. Could get real ugly here!
When a company' revenue model is on the brink of being destroyed it could have a severe impact on both the company & stock! Just saying...
